🪴 Rehabilitation Guide for Boswellia Plants After Delivery
1. Unpacking and Initial Check
Carefully remove the plant from its packaging.
Take off any protective wrapping materials.
Inspect the roots and trunk for signs of mold or rot.
2. Quarantine and Adaptation
Keep the plant separate from other plants for the first 7–10 days.
Place it in a bright spot with indirect light, avoiding harsh midday sun.
Optimal temperature: 20–26°C, with no sudden fluctuations.
3. Watering and Humidity
Do not water immediately after unpacking; let the soil rest for 1–2 days.
Then water lightly with soft (filtered or rain) water.
Avoid waterlogging – Boswellia does not tolerate excess moisture.
4. Leaf Drop During Stress
Leaf loss during transport is a normal reaction.
If leaves have fallen, focus on the trunk and roots — the plant is alive.
New leaves will appear within 2–4 weeks under proper care.
5. Stress Relief Sprays
Professional sprays can help reduce stress:
Algae-based sprays (e.g., Alg-A-Mic, BioBizz).
Vitamin B1 complexes (e.g., Superthrive).
Succinate-based sprays (succinic acid).
Apply as a light mist on leaves (if present) and trunk once every 7–10 days.
6. Growth and Root Stimulators
During watering, add mild stimulants every 2–3 weeks:
Root Juice (BioBizz)
HB-101 (1 drop per glass of water)
Zircon or Epin-Extra (always follow dosage instructions)
These will support new leaf growth and root recovery.
7. Returning to Normal Care
After 2–3 weeks, gradually increase sun exposure.
Slowly extend the intervals between waterings.
The plant will regain its natural appearance with a strong trunk and fresh leaves.
✨ Important Note
Boswellia are delicate travelers. Leaf drop after a long journey is natural. With patience, proper care, and light use of growth stimulants, they will recover quickly and bring beauty back to your collection.
