No. Plants are not reserved when added to the cart.

Our store operates on WooCommerce, where products are reserved only after:

  • the order is completed

  • and payment is confirmed.

Since many plants are rare or single specimens, another customer may purchase the item first if they complete payment earlier.

This means another customer completed the purchase first.

If this happens, please contact us and we will gladly:

  • check if a similar plant is available

  • suggest an alternative

  • notify you about future restocks.

Yes. Cactus plants are very well adapted to shipping because they naturally tolerate drought and dry conditions.

For international orders, plants are shipped bare root (without soil) and carefully wrapped in paper to keep them dry and protected during transport.

Many cactus species can safely travel 2–4 weeks in a box without problems

Rare cactus plants are packed using a method developed by collectors:

  • plants are removed from soil
    • roots are dried before shipping
    • plants are wrapped in paper or napkins
    • boxes are filled with protective material to prevent movement.

During cold seasons we add styrofoam insulation to protect plants from low temperatures.

Yes. Most cactus species naturally store water inside their tissues.

Because of this adaptation, many species such as:

  • Ariocarpus
  • Astrophytum
  • Turbinicarpus
  • Gymnocalycium

can safely survive several weeks without water, which makes them ideal for international shipping.
